Email us images and videos of your work!

Suitable Photographs and Videos will be professionally edited and returned to you by email, for free use on your own Social Media pages and Website.

Help us make the most use of your work, by reading the following:

1. Please supply all Photographs as High Resolution Jpeg files.
2. For videos, send a video file or link via YouTube or other platform.
3. When sending on WhatApps, please check the box for HD.

Chosen images and videos will then be edited to include your Company Name or Logo alongside your DC Pro Status.

The finished edit will be sent back to you via Email, free for you to use on Social Media and any other relevant platforms.

We can't guarentee that all your content will appear on Direct Cladding Social Media platforms or the Direct Cladding website straight away, but we will let you know when they are through email or post tags.

Terms and
CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers with a Direct Cladding PRO Account who submit images or videos ("Content")

  1. Content Submission
    1. By emailing Content to Direct Cladding, you confirm you are the creator and legal owner, or you have full permission to use and share it.
    2. All uploaded files will be stored securely on our systems and trusted cloud providers for editing and safekeeping.
    3. By uploading content, you give us permission to use it across all marketing channels, including paid promotional activity.
    4. You grant Direct Cladding a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to edit, watermark, and use the Content for the purpose described.
    5. Content submitted must:
      1. Show high-standard installations.
      2. Be free from competitor products or branding.
      3. Be supplied in a clear, suitable format for uploading and editing.
  2. Editing & Branding
    1. Direct Cladding will select Content at its sole discretion for editing. Submission does not guarantee editing.
    2. Edited Content may include Direct Cladding PRO branding, watermarks, transitions, intro graphics, or other brand-aligned elements.
    3. Edited Content will be delivered back to you via email.
  3. Use of Edited Content
    1. Once returned, you are free to use the edited Content on your social media channels, website, marketing, and other relevant plaforms.
    2. Direct Cladding accepts no responsibility for how or where you share the Content after delivery.
  4. Use of Direct Cladding Platforms
    1. Direct Cladding may choose to feature selected edited Content on its own social media or marketing channels.
    2. There is no guarantee that your submitted Content will be published by Direct Cladding.
    3. If your Content is selected for publising, Direct Cladding will notify you where appropriate.
  5. Liability & Compliance
    1. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted Content complies with relevant laws, including privacy, copyright, and consent requirements.
    2. Direct Cladding is not liable for any loss, claim, or dispute arising from your use of the edited Content.
    3. Direct Cladding reserves the right to reject or delete any Content deemed unsuitable.
  6. Service Changes
    1. Direct Cladding may modify or discontinue aspects of the PRO editing service at any time.
    2. Updated to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated on the Direct Cladding website or via email
